UX/Technical Writing & Design

In addition to contributing content for the monday.com support page, I also collaborated with the design team to redesign the site. At the time, the company was undergoing a rebranding (from dapulse to monday.com), and the website was in need of many updates to reflect the change. I started with user personas and drafted some wireframes for the new page.

I worked with design team to ideate for the final concept. They then provided a high-fidelity prototype of the new design. From there, I edited the HTML, CSS, and microcopy in Zendesk.

Since that initial redesign, I have maintained the code for the site and added more features to enhance the client experience. For example, I inserted a Simpo search bar using JavaScript, and updated the site to be more accessible and mobile-friendly overall. You can find the most up-to-date version of the site here.
